Every so often, I read advice implying that I should keep a diary or journal. Every time I tried that, I would give up after 2-3 days – blame lack of focus, nothing to write about, <insert excuse here>.

At other times, I’d like to share some of my thoughts and experiences in trying to teach and live an Agile mindset.

I finally realized, that I need to do what I preach – and go for a Minimum Viable Product. And for me this would be a blog, where I could post thoughts and experiences as they come by. Just enough time to collect interesting tidbits, but not too much that I’d forget them.

In true Agile fashion, let’s see if it works.

What is Agile?

Agile started as a software development methodology stressing delivering value in small time increments with quick feedback loops.

Since then it has transcended it a mindset that can be applied in any industry or walk of life.
